When you create an account on MakeReel Pro we collect your email address, name and any information you voluntarily provide. We also store the content you create — scripts, images, voiceovers and rendered videos — so you can access them anytime from your dashboard.

2. How we use your information

Your data is used to run the service, generate AI content you request, process payments and provide support.

3. AI services

To generate scripts, images and voiceovers we send your text prompts to third-party AI providers (image generation, text-to-speech and large language models). This happens only when you explicitly request generation. Rendering infrastructure (ffmpeg, queue workers) processes your media to produce the final video.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details — they are handled directly by our payment provider under its own privacy policy.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication. We do not sell your personal data. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the product is used.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and its associated content at any time by writing to support@makereel.pro.
