By accessing or using MakeReel Pro ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Credits & payments

Certain features consume credits from your plan. Credits are non-refundable unless required by law. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Permitted use

You agree not to use the Service to create content that is illegal, defamatory, misleading, infringing on the rights of others, or that spreads harassment, hate speech or spam. AI content is provided "as is" and we are not responsible for how you use it.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you create. The Service, its design, and its underlying technology are the property of MakeReel Pro. Generated media may rely on third-party models and templates subject to their own terms.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeReel Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
